Founded in Miami in 2021, Hospitality Technology Solutions was built to help close the gap between technical implementation and day-to-day operations.
Technology should make service and business workflows easier—not create more confusion for the people expected to use it.

Founder
HTS was founded by Gilberto Escobar, whose background spans enterprise field service, network deployments, restaurant POS implementation, hardware support, technical training, and live go-live environments.
That experience shaped a straightforward approach to the work: understand the site, prepare the details, communicate clearly, complete the approved scope, and document what happens next.
