Founder

Built on hands-on field and implementation experience.

HTS was founded by Gilberto Escobar, whose background spans enterprise field service, network deployments, restaurant POS implementation, hardware support, technical training, and live go-live environments.

That experience shaped a straightforward approach to the work: understand the site, prepare the details, communicate clearly, complete the approved scope, and document what happens next.
